How much time do you allow to set up?

We generally allow ourselves anywhere from 1 - 3 hours to set up, with additional time being allowed for our arrival, and depature prior to your event start time. For all orders, we will confirm event start time with you and advise you of arrival time based on the platter you have booked. 

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, we ask all allergies are disclosed so we can customise your order accordingly. We provide alternatives for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan's so please just let us know any required dietary requirements. 

Can adjustments be made to my order?

Our platter boxes specifically are made as standard to adjustments for additional meat, dips, cheese etc must be prearranged prior to being booked. Adjustments and additional's may incur a small fee, to cover our costs in providing to you. 

  What happens with the boards and utensils supplied?   Included in our costing is a small hire fee, payable for use of our bowls, cheese knives and boards. All inventory hired to you must be washed in warm soapy water and placed in the provided tub for collection. By no means should our bowls, cheese knives or boards be left with food remnants on them as it will not only attract cockroaches but stain and devalue our belongings. If items are returned damaged or lost a charge will be payable. We ask that items are returned to us in the state they are provided to you.   How far in advance do we take bookings?   We are currently taking bookings for all of 2018 and have just opened up our schedule for 2019 as it is fast approaching! Limited weekend availability.
